New Business Sales/Marketing Manager,

Requirements:
The new business marketing manager will manage communications between MeTech Designs and its customer base in all its various forms, including Trade Shows, Print Advertising, Internet Advertising, Chamber Events, and Market Surveys.

Position Responsibilities:
Determine and align strategic communications with new clients, Identify the target audiences for communications, Identify distribution channels that will be most efficient and economical for targeted audiences and message, Conduct customer and market surveys, Assist by identifying and designing products to meet customer needs, Assist Sales in identifying major sales markets, niches, and customers.

Web Designer,
Locations:(Chicago, Illinois/Milwaukee, Wisconsin)

Requirements: You must have solid experience developing websites and be able to oversee creative and conceptual aspects of the process.

Position Responsibilities:
You will serve as the Lead Web Designer and manage front-end design and layout, so a strong design background is essential as is experience with Flash, Photoshop, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript, etc. You must be comfortable working in an open, creative and entrepreneurial environment!
