Prior to becoming the CEO of Metech Designs, LLC, Michael Bailey worked for the Loyola University Chicago School of Education as a Web Support Specialist and Cold Fusion/MYSQL Administrator. Michael has also worked with the Loyola University Chicago Information Technology Department as a Research Assistant I. While there, he was incharge of day-to-day operations.

Michael Bailey has over 12 years of professional web development and programming experience. He is a certified java programmer, as well as, a certified web developer.

Michael is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media. He recieved his M.S. in Computer Science with a specialty in E-Commerce Technology. He holds a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Certificate in Java Programming and Web Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a B.S. in African American and African Studies from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

Michael is currently Adjunct Faculty at East-West University, Chicago and enjoys speaking, teaching, boxing, running and playing basketball in his spare time.
