Representing MeTech Software Designs, Michael works in consultation with organizations to ascertain their internet, software strategies, based on their short and long term business goals and objectives. Michael is responible for the overall vision and day to day operations of MeTech Software Designs, LLC. Michael is a valuable asset to any company or organization in furthering their web efforts and doing business online.

Prior to becoming the CEO of MeTech Software Designs, LLC, Michael Bailey worked for the Loyola University Chicago School of Education(SOE) as a Web Support Specialist and Cold Fusion/MYSQL Database Administrator. There he was responsible for aiding faculty in uploading and maintaining courses online, teaching faculty how to post data on the web, and for the marketing and web programming of the SOE website to thousands of students, staff, faculty, and the community at large.

Michael has also worked with the Loyola University Chicago Information Technology Department as a Research Assistant I. While there, he was incharge of day-to-day operations such as short course registration.

Michael Bailey has over 14 years of professional web development and programming experience. He is a certified java programmer, as well as, a certified web developer.

Michael is a graduate of the DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media. He recieved his M.S. in Computer Science with a specialty in E-Commerce Technology. He holds a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Certificate in Java Programming and Web Development from Loyola University Chicago, and a B.S. in African American and African Studies from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

Michael currently gives lectures and is an Adjunct Faculty at East-West University, Chicago and enjoys speaking, teaching, boxing, running and playing basketball in his spare time.
